Hi, I’m Ryan — founder of American Retirement and Health Solutions. I’m originally from Colorado, now living in Florida with my wife and our two kids. I’ve always had a strong desire to help people, and that’s exactly what led me to this work. I started this company to give people the kind of honest, guidance I believe everyone deserves when it comes to Medicare and retirement planning.
My Story
My journey into the world of Medicare insurance began in 2021, shortly after I was laid off during the Covid-19 pandemic. It was a new career path for me, but my passion for serving others has always been at the heart of what I do.
Before I got into insurance, I worked in health care and customer service — including my time as an Account Manager for hospice care. Those experiences shaped how I approach people: with empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of how important it is to have someone you trust when life feels uncertain.
When I first entered the Medicare space, I joined one of the largest enrollment firms in the country. It was a fast-paced, high-volume environment. But I quickly saw a problem — the focus on numbers often left people overwhelmed, confused, and feeling like just another transaction. That didn’t sit right with me.
So I decided to do things differently.
I leaned into my background and started working with clients one-on-one — having real conversations, asking questions, and helping them find insurance solutions that actually fit their lives. That approach became the foundation for American Retirement and Health Solution: a company built not on sales quotas, but on trust, transparency, and care.
Today, I’m proud to serve individuals and families who want honest guidance, clear answers, and someone in their corner as they navigate Medicare, retirement planning, and beyond.
